Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours after receiving the item.
If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you receive an item that is broken or not as advertised, it can be returned for a full refund. Sportfills can also issue a partial refund, as agreed upon between you and the Seller.
Within 24 hours of receiving the item, click “Confirm Delivery” in the purchase history page if you’re okay with the item, OR click “View” to open the order and scroll down, then click “Request Refund” on the order page, and explain your dispute.

Note: The order becomes nonrefundable as soon as you have approved the sale by clicking on “Confirm Delivery” or 24 hours after the item has arrived at your address– whichever comes first.
The order also becomes nonrefundable once the item has been used.
If the item is as advertised and the Buyer has determined that it’s not for them, then the Seller is not obligated to accept a return but has the option to do so. If the item is ultimately returned, the Buyer will be refunded the cost of the item, but they will not be refunded the cost of delivery.
The cost of return delivery will also be withheld from the refund amount. For this reason, Sportfills generally recommends that the Buyer list the item for sale on the platform.
