Sportfills will issue a full refund if your item is never delivered, is damaged, or arrives not as described.
Rule #1 is keep all negotiations, sales, purchases, and swaps on Sportfills. Buyer and Seller protection is our top priority. We can only offer Sportfills Buyer and Seller Protection if you keep the transaction and all communications related to the transaction on Sportfills.
Buying on Sportfills is safe. Payments are only released to the Seller once you’ve received your item in good condition. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is being delivered.
After the item is delivered, you have 24 hours to open a dispute if your item is not as advertised.
Note: The order becomes nonrefundable as soon as you have approved the sale by clicking on “Confirm Delivery” or 24 hours after the item has arrived at your address– whichever comes first.
The order also becomes nonrefundable once the item has been used.
